How to write AGENDA for meeting

Basically what i've learn during my Bell class. Agenda is a list or program of things that must be done or considered during the meeting. Below is the sample of agenda that my group and i had done for our speaking test in order to conduct a company meeting.



AURORA EVENT MANAGEMENT SDN BHD

AGENDA

  1. Chairperson’s address.
  2. Apologies for absence
  3. Minutes of the previous meeting.
  4. Matters arising from the previous meeting.
  5. Special business
  6. Any other business.
  7. Date, time and venue of the next meeting.
  8. Close.
